I love my Apple watch. I wish I had got one sooner. My brother and I communicate a heck of a lot more-we 'chat' while we watch tv.

I too love my Apple Watch.  When I was fitted for my hearing aides they noticed I had one.  They therefore suggested that I have the Bluetooth connected one.  I have used the programme on the phone that matches the watch.
After trying for 6 months I have finally bought. Sausage roll machine. Can make the same ingredients as for the Pie machine but I love the shape.
Last night made Lemon butter and  Blueberry pies and this morning, sausage rolls.

You’ll probably get plenty of use from it Chookie.  Enjoy the visit from your Melbourne family.

I love my SMR Chookie, so many things you can make with it.

Not sure that I like the sausage rolls made in the new machine.  Everyone else liked them. I’m a bit of a traditionalist.  However, can’t wait to try other things in it. Will be particularly interested to see how Spring Roll wrappers go in it.

All those years ago when I saw Dick Tracy talking into his watch, it seemed such a futuristic thing that could never happen and yet here we are.  I wonder if the Maxwell Smart idea of talking into his shoe will ever eventuate  ;D

They are expensive, but so well made.  My first one still looks new and my DH happily took it over.  :)

Chookie, how good to be able to alter things for your hearing aids by phone, I bet they have made a world of difference.

I recently purchased my third Apple Watch but did not get the one with the inbuilt Sim as I feel I do not need it quite yet but certainly when I finally get hearing aids I will upgrade again. I find the smart watch a necessity these days. Then again I find all digital devices absolutely necessary. LOL!

Gert, you are so good with the technical stuff.  You have an overview understanding.  I can only use I as it applies to what I need. Yesterday I made a significant discovery of my hearing  aides.  A little tune played in my ear when one came lose.  I had been warned that they are easy to loose, so this is a great advancement.
GS, loves the sausage rolls made in the sausage roll machine.

You have always been the digital Queen Gert, you left us all way behind years ago LOL.  I imagine your knowledge of such items is very useful to others in your retirement village.

Ha ha Judy. You would think so but mainly not. They say I let my grandkids fix it. Drives me nuts  they want to remain dependent on kids to help when they could so easily help themselves. I do however help a few, especially the men who were forced to bet on the horses on line when the TAB shut shop. LOL!

I make about 20 SD crumpets each week.  I cook them in my Sunbeam pie machine.   Too easy and everyone loves them.
Yesterday when at Good Guys to buy freezer, they had the Sunbeam pie machines on special.  I bought one as my other one must be 20 years old.
Isn’t it said things break down in 3s? Freezer, tumble dryer and what next?
