Does anyone have a recipe for a Gluten Free Puff Pastry?

ILB, I can't help you with a recipe, but this blog looks good! She's made a GF puff pastry and has made a lot of notes about it to make it better.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Not yet, but have heard on Failsafe groups that I think it's Coles has one in their frozen section?  Or else I'm thinking a failsafe one lol!  I know Rowies do a pastry mix bit like buying cake mixes

oops... still on my list. And now I've got the job to make 7 sequined skirts for our Port Douglas trip - well for the fancy dress night anyway  ;) :D

Sounds busy :)

I think I might just buy the gluten free puff pastry... Puff pastry seems to have lots of work involved.  But will watch to see if anyone attempts it sometime.
