Hi Jad,
Welcome.  I haven't done the introduction thing - however I'm from Wangaratta - just up the road :D
I moved late last year and left all the saucepans and appliances behind.  I have my TMX, a frypan and the oven.  It's fantastic and all I need!
This is a great forum - I find myself addicted...  ::)

Hi,  Regarding guests - I usually ask hosts to invite any of their friends who are time poor, loves cooking, hates/can't cook, is health concious or has a dietry restriction (ie. Celiac, diabetic, dairy free).  Don't concentrate who is likely to purchase one or not.  At the end of the day even if the TMX isn't for them they might know someone else who might like to see it.

Being the end of summer we have an over abundance of tomatoes.
Does anyone have a recipe for tomato paste (concentrate)?
