Me too Cookie.  I had a mishap with my meal today so needing something quick as DH had to go to work early tonight, I made  cheese & tomato individual 'pies' with a simple salad.  Really enjoyed it.  :)

Robyn, I was browsing this thread tonight to show my visitor some of the lovely photos Julie has posted when I came across yours and mistakenly said 'oh here's one from Julie'.  So there you go, it is so good I thought it was Julie's.  Take a bow dear lady, it is a great picture.

Lovely photo Robyn. We're having a lamb roast tonight. With mint sauce (TMX) and gravy from the freezer that was made in the TMX.

Today we had Cottage Rolls, salad and some pate for lunch and for tea I made Chelsea's Creamy Prawn Risotto - once again my visitor was impressed.

Last night we had another Dinner Spinner recipe. The Almond Chicken curry with yoghurt. Beautiful.

I love reading about all the things we are making from Tenina's Dinner Spinner and the comments. It's a great little 'booklet'.

I love reading them too Cookie! :D So happy that you are enjoying it….now to get the other 40,000 households with a Thermomix and without a Dinner Spinner onto here and buying the book! hahahaha

Tonight we had an Asian Stir Fried Beef Salad, totally without the use of a thermomix at all, (for a job I am doing) and I must say, it was easy, but I felt frustrated about making dressing and marinade in a conventional way! Nice to know I can still cook though, without a TMX!

Last night was butterflied pork with a smokey marinade, and potato salad with apple & bacon, with a dijon dressing.
