What have you been doing today?

I did the food shopping this morning after going to the podiatrist.

I received a photo taken by one of the crew yesterday before everyone left.

DH took the old Ute to the club this morning. Another of the men brought his Chev Ute. They couldn’t resist putting them together.

Great photos Cookie.
I’ve had another session at the Endodontist this afternoon. There is still a bit of infection in the root canal and so another temporary filling and another appointment in four weeks.

The ‘old girls’ look great cookie.
You’re certainly having troubles with that tooth Denise, I hope they can fix the problem for you.
It sounds like a change of tablet for you Chookie.

Ouch Denise, not good news at all. I think I mentioned that it took some time for DD's infection to clear up. She goes back to the dentist today. Hopefully it will have cleared up now.
KAtie we have 2 funerals tomorrow! Not fun. DH is on the phone at the moment to a friend getting the news of another one. A darling lady of round 90+ who has had dementia for a couple of years. We originally met her at Monkey Mia round 1986.
Chookie I hope they can sort your BP out, that's not fun either.

It's freezing here today so I am cooking and ironing. Both will warm me up.

I’ve been to gym this morning but it wasn’t so bad then.  Now it’s turned really nasty so I’m not going in to visit Mum today and put my thoughts into cooking something instead.  Made a tuna/pasta dish even though I have plenty of other meals in the freezer, now I’m thinking of cakes.  Hardest part is what to choose using what I have in the pantry, certainly not going out to buy any ingredients.

Judy, I am sure you will see them, but Marina has just put up a great looking biscuit recipe.

Thanks cookie, yes I did see that but I wanted to use the cupcake cases which Chookie sent, I’ll see how I go for time and how long my back lasts - it’s objecting already from the prep work for the tuna dish.
