Here are three batches before and after cutting. 9 bags for pressies.

I still have fancy ribbon and tags  to put on before giving.

DJ's in the UK aussiegal7 and from your name I think you might live in Australia ;D  If you can't find cellophane bags in the $2 or homeware stores here, you can always cut squares of cellophane to make your parcels.  Why not pop over to the introduce yourself section on the Home Page and tell us a bit about yourself, where you are from, how long you've had your Thermomix etc.

Bags from  here http://www.lakeland.co.uk/43471/20-Star-Treat-Bags

Made two more lots today for village coffee morning tomorrow.
One with 200g dark chocolate, went a bit crumbly, and the other 200g milk choc.

Will cut up and bag tomorrow.
Update:
Sold out quickly, made £24 for village hall funds. Hope the buyers enjoy it.

Where did you get your gift bags from?

If you're in Sydney, you could try here.  They have an online shop  Otherwise, just google cellophane gift bags - there are lots of sites to choose from or else try the "$2" shops . . .

Yes, I agree. I always have the ingredients on hand and ready to go for last minute gifts/morning tea etc.
It's a real winner here as I usually start the process as we sit down for dinner and only get up once or twice to stir it. Then put it in the fridge overnight and it's a fuss free affair :)

First time I've made these and they are great.

DH is taking a plate of them tonight for a shared table of treats on his last shift before Christmas.

I would love to try the cranberry/pistachio version too and will try cutting the sugar down by half.  Hopefully it doesn't interfere too much with how it turns out.   Thanks Johnro.  :)

So, I made chai latte fudge last night using this recipe. Instead of the cookies I added around 4tb of chai tea.
Omg amazing!

Chai fudge sounds heaven sent.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
