Very entertaining indeed.
When you say whole cream, what do you mean?

Hi everyone
By saying whole cream i mean the full cream, not those skimmed or non fat ones
The one i am using is fresh milk cream with 35% of fat.
Too much? Well... We can spoil ourselves every once in a while right ? ;)

Uni and Farfallina,  thanks for this.  I have been using Buttermilk but will give this a go.   2 tablespoons of   Cultured buttermilk to 1 cup of 35% cream.  Mix and leave on bench for 1 1/2 to 2 days.   Makes a mild Sour Cream.
