A big job ahead unpacking DJ. No doubt you will find many things that you had forgotten about. Fun and exciting for you but take it easy as you have so many other jobs to do. You have such a busy life. When is the B&B opening?

INAID there is nothing nicer than cuddles from the little ones before bed. I still enjoy it with all my GK's.  :Even Miss 18 and 19 still snuggle up when we watch movies together. D Enjoy every moment while you can as they seem to grow up in a flash.

A stormy day here in Perth with high winds and much needed rain. Having 3 of the GK's today so it will be indoor fun and activities as I won't be picnicking in the park today. Must go as DD dropping of her two little boys in 10 minutes before she takes the two girls to school. Better start making them some breakfast.

Enjoy your time with the GK MF.

I'm currently at mums looking after DS. She had an appointment to go to and had picked E up from school sick, took him to the doctors and pharmacist. Where would I be without her?!

Hope DS is ok INAID. You are so lucky to have your mum.

I had to pick a big armful of these beautiful flowers as the bushes are falling over because of all the flowers on them. These were originally grown in my great grand mother's garden in CQ so I'm very happy that they are establishing themselves 1500 km away :) My Aunt tells me these flowers are quite rare. I filled four vases and their lovely delicate perfume is filling the house. Gorgeous!

They are chrysanthemums Judy. Maybe she meant rare for CQ Mich :D I remember her telling me that the flower is a true double and not a semi-double or something ??? Dunno. A lot has happened since then and my Alzheimers is playing up again :D

And they always bloom for Mother's Day.  We always wore red to church to honour our mother  but my mother wore white to honour her mother who had passed away.

Those are indeed very special full bodied blooms.

Very true Gert. wearing the red flower to church is interesting. Not heard that before.
I remember my mother and my aunts gathering bunches of them from the garden and taking them to their mothers' graves for Mothers Day each year.
