Good morning and Happy Easter to everybody but in particular to Thermomixer ;D

I will show you one of my Italian tipycal Easter cakes

It takes a lot of time to prepare them, but I'm very very proud of this if you think I used a natural yeast prepared by me.

Thanks Bimby - not sure if we can buy the paper moulds here.  Certainly can buy ready made Colomba
