Sounds like you have had a well earned holiday Judy and now for the well earned rest. I was in Melbourne when I was 21 and couldn't believe the amount of wonderful shops there compared to here in WA; I love my home State but would love some more fabric shops.

Thank you Troupie, holidays are rare here but I certainly did enjoy this on the spur of the moment offer to go to Melbourne for Easter and to come home and find my DH looking so good was an added bonus.

I am making some nice warm PJs for DD and GD; they will be up this week so want to surprise them with a finished product if possible.

Went with the grandchildren to Port Norlunga to see the Disney sand sculptures.  The people who do these are so clever.  Great day!!!

We did a bit of running round today as I have sold my Nissan Patrol. The new owners are supposed to bring a bank cheque for it tonight.  Hopefully tomorrow I can go out and order a new car. I love being able to buy basically what I want. No Maseratis or Ferraris or even a Mercedes.

I'm after a red Hilux SR5. We have been out this morning and I am expecting a call back anytime to see if there is a red one available. Otherwise I will go for something else. I love the champagne colour but that is discontinued. I hate the blue and feel the grey is hard to see on the road. It will probably be white. I may as well blend in with the rest of the white Hilux owners. DH's is white but is an SR only. I wanted one with bells and whistles, especially if it has to be white.
I feel I need to buy something that will pull the van should the need arise, when DH's car is worn out.  ;D

Hope you can get it in red Cookie. Red cars look fast even when they are parked.  ;D
