After that effort, Robyn, I would be sitting back with my feet up, not starting cooking all over again!

Chookie, I thought you were going to have a rest after your SD classes. :) :)

I cooked a SD loaf yesterday. It had been in the fridge overnight and took ages to rise. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17515.0

Mab, I am having a rest today!
Cookie, it is so cold here , I leave the S D loaf out and in the a cold room.  It takes 12 to 16 hours.
A second rise in the warm kitchen takes  up to 4 hours.

With the 2 SD cooking workshops, the first group paid $15. The money is going to the Creswick Community Centre. The more money they raise, the more the State Government will give them.
The second group, I didn’t charge.  I did this because Sue, who runs Le Kitchen shop in Ballarat gives excellent service to her customers.  She brought some staff and 2 foodie customers. I didn’t expect anything but she brought these 2 Le Creuset pans and the others Champagne and home made goodies.

That is lovely Chookie. I am standing over my 31 waiting for the 37* button to go off, I’m making yoghurt.

Lovely gifts to show they really did appreciate your efforts Chookie.

I had some cauli and celery that needed to be cooked so I have half of this recipe cooking at the moment for the freezer. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12566.msg261852#msg261852

Glad everything went well witht he SD demo, Chookie, and what thoughtful gifts and lovely nibbles and drinks!

I am sure I recall you mentioning the shop in Ballarat - are they the people who have non-TMX machines and were talking to you about the TMX ...?  I can't remember for sure.
