Last night I cooked 2 chicken  Maryland’s in a dish in AF.  Smothered them with home made sweet chilli sauce and baked for 1 hour at 120. Turned them over 1/2 way through.  Upped heat to brown them.  Perfect as they made a tasty sauce. Mashed potato, leftovers and chopped salad of Avo, tomato and cucumber.  All so easy.
Tonight grilled Salmon with cold slaw and last of mashed potato. Lots of eggs so might make Floating Islands.

I took a bag of frozen Avocados from freezer. They had gone a bit brown on the surface.  They were vacuumed sealed. Don’t think I will do this again.

Apricot chicken legs and baked whole sweet potato. The sweet potato is so good just ran it under water and into a pre heated oven for an hour , put the vegetables in the microwave . DS served up dinner for DH and when I finished yoga mine was waiting for me .
