Nice cooking ladies. The tarts and biscuits look tasty.
I have a Massaman Beef Curry in the SC. Some will be for pies and the rest for a meal.

That fish looks amazing. We have one lot of baldchin groper left from Monkey mia so I will do at least one piece like this.

I have a fig and date fruit loaf rising at the moment. It is a Paul Hollywood recipe from one of his books.
This is the recipe but I have thermomixed it.

A large pot of Lamb Shank & Vegetable soup, 6 beef curry pies for the freezer and 3 apple & strawberry tarts with a coconut topping. All made in the PM

Well done to you and your TMX Margaret.
Cookie when you said you were making soup it reminded me I had seen a recipe over on Recipe Community
https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/soups-recipes/spicy-cauliflower-soup/akydl21v-9d870-468097-cfcd2-vp3xu6gt
which I wanted to make but instead of using raw cauli I used 260g puréed cauli I had in the freezer. I used a teaspoon of home made curry powder, glad I didn’t put 2 tsps in as this was spicy enough for me. It gave me 2 serves and only took 10 minutes to whip up once I’d defrosted the purée in the microwave.

Judy, that soup recipe looks nice. I love any cauliflower soup, but not fond of it on its own.

Thanks Margaret, I just hope it doesn’t develop more heat before I have it for lunch tomorrow.

All the cold weather cooking sounds yummy.
I stuffed some parcooked sweet pots with a mixture of Ratatouille, Quinoa and Macadamia nuts. Grated cheese over and baked in oven.

My cauliflower soup was from Thermobexta. I didn’t really like it much, but DH and DD didn’t mind it.
This is the Date and Fig bread. It has a lovely flavour.

Cookie, bread looks good.
With Cauli soup I use the Cauli as a low cal creamy base for other veggies and chicken.

We often have that soup Chookie. It is one of DH’s favourites.
