Great decision, Sharon, and welcome to the forum.  Now that you have decided to buy a TMX you have taken a good first step in keeping in touch with this forum, it will give you so many ideas you will become very impatient whilst you wait until you can get your own machine and start cooking and experimenting.

Welcome to the forum Sharon, nice to see another from my part of the world. North, south, east or west?
Love your idea of preparing yourself in advance - you will be so ready to start by the time you get your machine.
Hope the waiting won't be too long for you.

Welcome to the forum Sharon and the world of TMX.  You are in similar company, being the queen of kitchen gadgets, my initial response after the demo of thermie, there was no way to justify another 1.  Like you, I researched and stalked the threads of this forum to find all I could - it was my husband who convinced me to purchase the 1 appliance which I would prefer never to be without.  Cheers  :)  :)

Get your husband to see a demo, my husband could not give our demonstrator his cc details quick enough after seeing the thermomix in action!
