I made a Classic loaf, some SD grissini, a pumpkin cake and a new rye SD. The rye SD is very slow, so I have popped it in the fridge overnight and will bake it tomorrow.

Your new ovens look great Chookie and so do the rolls.
Cookie, your baking looks very tempting.

No cooking here.

I cooked my rye SD from the new recipe. I haven’t cut it yet, so will see how it goes.
I also made some Pumpkin Cinnamon scrolls. I have had one for afternoon tea, they are lovely. I made the dough as per the recipe but reduced the butter and sugar for the filling. I had to add a bit of flour to the dough as my pumpkin purée was quite runny, not like a tin of purée would be.

I like recipe from this blog, you just have to remember that the US tablespoon is 15ml.

I’m also making some Haloumi.

You bake your little butt off cookie, someone’s getting well fed in your house. The scrolls look lovely.

I love it Judy. When car friends come over I sometimes send a goodie home to their wife.
Yesterday’s SD rye recipe was nothing brilliant.
I also made some halloumi yesterday. We are having Haloumi hamburgers tonight. Chookie’s No Fuss rolls are rising.
