Fridge clear out today - RTI’s curried chicken https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-curry/ but I used 1 chicken thigh and lots of veggies to make a pasta sauce plus I made cauli and carrot au-gratin.

Judy, both look delicious.
The Age Newspaper has several Scrolls recipes published today. All have different fillings. I thought I might make 1 lot of basic dough and devise it into 2 and add 2 different fillings. I could probably eat 1/2 s savoy one. Will give most to our neighbours.

Nice cooking everyone.

Not a lot happening in my kitchen lately, no one seems to want to eat much.  I made up for it this weekend tho.  Lamb shank soup, potato & leek soup, cottage pie, braised steak & onions in the SC, bacon & vegetable slice, piroshki and bread rolls.  Most will go in the freezer.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

It sure is a cook up Mab. You will have a ready supply in the freezer. I made some Choc chip cookies, but instead of choc chips I froze a tiny bit of Nutella and put that in the centre of each biscuit. The last few I couldn’t be bothered and put the Nutella on the top.

Mab, I feel a bit like a copy cat - I also made leek and potato soup and shepherds pie!

My back would be killing me if I spent that much time in the kitchen Margaret, what a great variety of meals you’ve made.
