Gayle suggested leaving the pickles for 3 weeks, we have already finished one jar. We love them.

I hadn't bought Skinnymixer's last couple of books as I hadn't used the others. However today I looked at her Italian book and bought it.  I can't wait to make lots of things from it.

I still use Tapatalk to post my photos. I will be in trouble if it won't let me.

I cooked a SD loaf that Tenina had on her Insiders group today. It had been sitting in the fridge overnight.

I discovered tonight that I had way too many potatoes in the pantry so I’ve just taken a potato bake out of the oven.  Smells pretty good and is tempting me but I will not give in and have some at this late hour.

You are strong Judy. I made some of Tenina's Oatmeal Currant cookies. they had molasses and maple syrup in, so I did the unforgiveable and left out the sugar. No one has tasted them yet although I got DD to test the raw mixture.

I’ve made 2 dozen tiny veggie quiches for the freezer this morning.

Local green grocerhad Jam Strawberries.  In the TMX 5 I made 1 1/2 mixture, ( posted). I left the cap out the whole time but still took an extra 10 minutes on Varoma temp. It made 1 large jar and 1 medium sized jar. ( 750 g Strawberries)

I baked this loaf in a Bread tin with a foil cartouche cover.
I messed up the weighing of the ingredients, so just kneaded all on 37 degrees and added flour to get the right consistency.
