Lemon Butter in TMX.
I bought some Laucke, Sprouted Wheat flour. Bread a bit heavy. Tastes ok. Next time will make it with 1/2 white flour.

I cut up my last lot of tomatoes this morning ready for cooking more chutney tomorrow.

That bread sounds nice Chookie. I’ve never tried anything like that.

DH often makes sprouted wheat bread, Chookie and it is always nice, but I don't know what proportions he uses in the mix.
