Thank you for the recipe!
![]() Made them yesterday - didn't have mint or brandy but nevertheless it was absolutely delicious! I did double the leek because I had extra (and only used one carrot). It was well-balanced and had amazing flavours from the TM veg stock, too. 3

Sounds like they're perfect for lunch boxes, thank you for sharing! Do you reckon I could sub leek & potato soup with 1 Tbsp of vege stock paste and perhaps a cup of grated parmesan?

I started my #mixitmay challenge - use thermomix for every single meal I cook for the whole month
![]() This morning thermie got a good workout: Vege stock paste, Carrot Tomato sauce for Miss 2's pasta lunch and Spinach Dark Choc Muffins (love how easy it is to hide veggies with the thermie!). ![]() Also made Basil Feta Scrolls (subbed part baker's flour with quinoa) for dinner. ![]() I am now looking at everyone else's dinner to get some inspiration for tomorrow! 12

Hi everyone,
Just letting you know that I am still here... Some of you may know that I've been training for a marathon... Well I completed it on Sunday! I did it! I can now call myself a marathoner, albeit a slow one ![]() I would like to give a shoutout to Delightul Den, who's given me a lot of tips & encouragement. I blogged about my marathon experience here www.rundhitrirun.com xo Dhitri 14

My 2 yo daughter is a good sleeper and usually all I have to do is tuck her in, kiss her good night and walk out. Tonight she was extra fussy and cried a lot. After one hour of going in and out of her room, I gave in and decided to lie down next to her and hold her hand. She fell asleep with the biggest smile on her face
