Title: Recipe Review - Granola - Quick Fix in the Thermomix p18
Post by: Tasty on March 07, 2014, 02:56:55 pm
Made some of this today. Something I have been meaning to make for a while and I'm glad I did.

It has some really nice flavours and the nutmeg really goes well.

I thought I pulsed it on turbo too soon initially but it all worked out in the end. Mine needed a little longer in the oven. Also decided to make the yoghurt from the book to go with it which worked out well too.

I needed another batch of Granola today to add to my breakfast smoothies so I thought I’d try this one. I just swap out the nuts and dried fruits with what I have on hand.  By the time I add a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter to my sustagen based smoothie I can’t really tell the difference between any of the recipes I’ve used so far.
