I just read the recipe for this onhttp://www.notquitenigella.com/2013/01/10/masquerade-coconut-raspberry-fudge-raw-vegan-low-sugar/ (http://Not Quite Nigella)'s blog. Haven't made it but it looks yummy and easily converted to thermomix,not too sweet and is vegetarian or vegan.

She is finishing a cookbook for release this year.
