Marinated Mushrooms

Does anyone have or seen a recipe for marinated mushrooms, antipasto style? I'd love to make my own and not have to buy it from the deli!

I've never tried this, but would it not just be a matter of putting them in some really nice EVOO with herbs, etc.?  Don't know how long you would leave them in there, though.

Mmmmmm, that recipe looks lovely - a massive improvement on my earlier suggestion!  How long would you leave them in the jar before using?

Would really like to do this recipe.  Not sure at all of what temperature to heat the oil up to, could anyone please advise?
