I love your Farmers Market Swap Meets Chookie. You got some great things. I would like to grow kale, will give it a whirl when the weather cools down.
Enjoy the concert Katie - I saw sting at The Hunter Valley about 3yrs ago and he was very good.

Today DH and I went to the Newcastle Caravan and Camping Show. Who should I run into? The lovely Djinni. We had coffee and a catch-up. So nice as we haven't seen each other for quite a while.

Hot in Perth today, DH and I got into 3 hours of gardening, started at 6 this morning after an early breakfast. Cleaned 2  ceiling fans and ironed my DH's shirts  for the week. I'm done!

Katie , not coke, worm juice. It is from a worm farm. You mix 1 cup in a bucket of water and the plants love it.

Sounds nicer than coke Chookie!

We're at the concert now. Very crowded. I've just eaten a schnitzel burger that tasted of nothing. It had zero taste. Actually I only ate half of it because it was so gross.

That's a pity Katie. Enjoy the concert.

Djinni and Mich, lovely to see you two beauties enjoying each other's company. Mich did you get some ideas for lots of lovely places to take your van?

There is nothing more irritating than buying something tasteless Katie.I bet you paid a premium price for it too.At least you had a great curry for lunch ;) Enjoy the concert.

I thought it was a bottle of Malt Vinegar :D :D

I'm not saying what I thought it was 😁
Shame about the food Katie. It happens to me all the time at those sort of events.  Great about the curry.  Thanks to you its on our menu soon. Enjoy the concert.

I think because we make such tasty, good food at home, we seem to be constantly let down whenever buying food out.  Well that's my take on it as it happens to me all the time too.  :-\

Julie, I would have to agree wholeheartedly.  I also begrudge paying exhorbetant prices for meals out, that are it up to standard.

Have just arrived back home after being at the Newcastle Caravan Camping & Holiday Expo. It was wonderful to catch up with the lovely Michele who is looking absolutely sensational, and to meet her DH.

Life is flat out chaos ATM but I love coming here and seeing what you have all been up to (even if it is only for a minute or two) xx
