Busy day today. Eyebrows, then meeting a forum member for coffee, next to pick up some chemist stuff further to the east from coffee  ;D, then home for a few hours to prepare for our few days away, then taking the car books to the auditor. Sounds busy, but nothing like a day with some of you. It will keep me out of mischief.  :D

Doctors visit this morning.  I've been having more chest pains lately.  Doesn't look like it is my heart, maybe a hernia.  Am booked in for a gastroscopy later in the month.  Hope it is nothing else.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Mab I hope you are ok, doesn't sound like much fun.

Cookies off on another adventure. You certainly love getting around Australia cookie. Do you want to go to other countries (apart from Tassie last year  ;)) or you are just as happy staying here?

I'm doing Michelle Bridges 12 week challenge so I'm in the background keeping up as much as possible, but won't be putting my 2c worth in until I reach my goal. Im doing an hours worth more of exercise than I'm used to each day, going to bed a couple of hours earlier, and cooking the 'old' way. I wish she had some TM recipes as it would certainly make life a lot easier!

I hope all is ok mab.

CP we have been to NZ a few times and Tassie several. DH won't leave Australian shores apart from NZ. Hence DD and I go to Singapore. He says there are a few square km's of Australia he hasn't seen yet.  ;D I don't mind, I enjoy it. Only a few days this time though.

Good luck Margaret, I'm glad you're having it checked out.

CP, it must be hard not being able to use the TMX for your diet plan - is there not not even steamed chicken or fish and vegies on the menu?

it really is quite fiddly at times, i must have a look at the time saver menus. so far I've only seen 'fried' fish/chicken where you spray the frypan with OO lightly

CP there is a 12wbt thermomixers group.  Katie signed me up last year. They dont post total conversions, but if you have the recipes, many people have already converted the method for you. I can try to sign you up if you like (pm me).

I did the 12wbt last year and thought it was great :) Good luck :)

I had a loveLy relaxed day today...a rarity for me. Had coffee with a lovely Forum member,  and a nap. Full of sinus/ hay fever, brought on by easterlies. The smoke in the air from the bushfires hasn't helped.
Lots of gardening this weekend, ready for the green waste pickup.

I do hope the sinus/ hay fever clears up for you. I was surprised how much smoke there was outside today. Take care and thanks for the nice words and coffee. Katj and I had a lovely meet up and chat. Naturally she is the typical forum member, gorgeous.  ;D

Thanks JD,  I couldn't believe we chatted constantly for more than 2 hours, only stopping briefly to sip coffee lol. Lovely!
