You certainly had a busy weekend ES. :)

It was cold and wet here so I started sorting through some sewing stuff that hasn't been used in years and will take it to the op shop.

Can I have some of that energy Sue.  Not a lot of cooking here.  May is very busy birthday month for us.  We went to my nephews celebration dinner at a chinese last night.
MF, if only you iived closer.  I will get the last service people back, i phoned them shortly after they "fixed it" and explained that it wasnt. I think there call out is $90. Which you dont mind as a one off but on a few repeats, i think just the hourly rate would be fair.

I am awaiting DIL dropping of GD then driving to pick up my mum then to DD's house to look after her two boys as she has been called into work.a miserable looki g day here with grey skies and drizzle

Ask for a report on the problem Denise as it shouldn't keep recurring if they have "fixed" it. Yes if you were closer my SIL could look at it as he has been an aircon tech for 20 years. Everyone now seem to have a call out fee which is fine if they fix it but not when they don't.

I don't mind Judy  :D
I actually can't say no to her as she works for our company!!!!  Mum loves being around the kids and its not my place that is going to be messed up today  ;D

That's why I prefer to sit the kids at their place too MF LOL.  DD now knows she can call me at the last minute to babysit too, I would never say no unless I had something on.

Exactly the same as me Judy. I have been tempted to say no on occasion when I have had no plans but then I think back to when my four kids were young and how I would have loved a few hours break.

Ouch, so you did more damage than you thought Astarra.  How long before it comes off?  I hope you have a lot of back up options, life is going to be very difficult for a while.
