Wow Obbie, busy times. Our little family has birthdays in Oct then we have Christmas then three birthdays in 4 weeks in Jan and Feb. By the end of it I'm sick to death of cake! I'm sure you feel the same with birthdays so close together.

Great idea for the high tea Lily's was beautifully perfect and highly recommend one for any little (or big) girls party

cooking,  cleaning and general Monday stuff trying to organise everything for our holiday. 22 days to go getting anxious now I'm not a very good traveller, don't generally enjoy being away from home ::)

Saw the accountant today and our tax return has been lodged. I'm so happy that we have 2012-2013 tax return in so early it's only the end of July.  :o  Last years paperwork is now filed in storage for the next 7yrs and I feel so organised.  ;D
I've cleaned out the filing system and 4 of the 6 drawers in the desk. The other 2 are DH's job for tomorrow.

MF the garlic paste is lovely. I can take that interstate and use it as quarantine won't let me take fresh garlic.

I did a very important thing today, I changed the seal on my lid. It has needed it for many months. No leakages anywhere now.
Also did the ironing, made trail mix to take away, packed some bread mix to take away so DH can make his super bread discs. Did the Granuesli, some housework. To put it bluntly I am b......, or exhausted. Need my sleep tonight.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
