Been for a dog walk with neighbours just now, it is 21 degrees yippee...
Trying to pack, ironing, phone calls today.
Removals firm dropped a ton of boxes!!! Surely too many as we never unpacked much...
DH back late tonight.  ;D

i am Visiting DD on Saturday before we move much further away.

I have just spent a very pleasant morning planning food etc for our Birdsville trip. We did more have more time chatting and carrying on but we did decide that we would eat. We've also decided to go to Mildura and along the river to Morgan and then Burra after Broken Hill. I love Morgan and Burra in SA. that will probably be early September.

When does your trip start Cookie? I love Burra, we camped at the Showgrounds there, and had a lovely morning tea at the antique cum coffee shop on Mothers Day this year , enjoy

DJ...how exciting!  Fresh beginnings, and happiness good things to follow  :)


Mr. maddy just informs me he needs his suit dry leaned for a function Monday night  :-\ hope they can do it quick.
he better not spill beer on it, as he needs it for a funeral mid week....which is interstate.  Kids excited to leave Vic, but they have no idea the trip won't be up there with the movie world experience  :P. 

Well, it's 2 weeks short of a whole year, since I ordered "that" wardrobe  :-\  apparently expecting a call for a delivery date today.....I shall chill the bubbles in anticipation  :P  But....my hubby has made me shudder, with the fact that I didn't measure the doorway height on ordering, and now I'm not sure if it will fit through  :o LOL....um....I am saying  "it will fit" mantra....how embarrassing if it doesn't...oops LOL.

Sitting outside watching two 5 year olds play. Apparently it's 11 degrees but my fingers say otherwise. Wind chill factor indeed.
