How do you climb hills at the gym H?  ???

Easy Dash, you hop on the exercise bike, set the hills programme & level required & pedal. My ipad gets a bit of a wash too :)

Hopefully the fresh air will help, with the headache Suzanne.

Not a lot happening here said goodbye to another set of friends this morning. Will see them once we go home though.

More drs appointments today the last for a few weeks I hope, then a quick trip to the supper market before going back to work.  Bought DS some groceries as a leaving home present 😊
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Hang in there Jeninwa. That is kind of you, DS will appreciate it.

Suzanne we leave here next Tuesday and will be home on Wednesday. Now we are retired we split the 840km into a 2 day trip.
The weather today is cool and rainy. We aren't really far enough north to have the really warm weather, but it suits us.
From the photos this sure does look an awesome place, I have realised that. It consists only of a resort, that is quite expensive. There is a shop for basics and souvenirs. The beach has a lot of reeds on it and certainly isn't the nicest around. The land is very red and quite beautiful. There isn't a lot to do unless you fish. You can go on a cruise to see the heaps of dolphins that are in the bay and you may be lucky enough to see a dugong or two. They are beautiful creatures. There's quite a lot of turtles in the bay too.
The park also has an entry fee to get in, and sadly a parks pass can't be used here.
We have been coming here for 31 years and know lots of the people that are up here now, so it is a real community.
this is the sand hill at the back of the park. So lovely and red.

Jeninwa, take care  :)

Cookie, thanks for the lovely photos, am really enjoying your trip.   ;D

Spent part of the day, shortening pairs of mens trousers.  Why do they make the legs so long ??? ???

Cookie, thanks for the photos of the red dirt. Gee I miss that.
I've been slightly jealous of your fishing too, I miss that as well.
And dugong and turtle, you bought back some memories of...ah...dinner. (Don't shoot me - I was living in the Torres Straits at the time) Sorry to say - but they are both yummy  :o

What a great adventure Cookie  8)

My plans of domestic diva-ness dashed today.....DD not well, and still asleep from 7.30 PM last night, and DS woke up with his eye half shut.  He complained it was sore yesterday, so better get it checked out today.
We have another weekend full of footy again, DS playing Saturday & Sunday this weekend, thankfully no socials...I'm getting a little over it  :-\.  The boys are going to Geelong's first night match here, so they're quite excited, so might take DD and I off to the movies....bet there's nothing worth watching though!
.........EAT CAKE!
