Can you do something else mcmich instead of watching?

Well, DH has the video camera charging up and wants footage - the DVD that the company takes costs about $110 so DH won't pay for it. His DD is going so maybe she can film.

I'm glad he didn't expect you to go with him Michele - I wouldn't do that for all the money in the world.  Glad you have his DD there with you for support, it would terrify me too to see my DH hurtling through the sky.

I hope the pony is going to a good home DJ, sad but it's inevitable isn't it.  You never know, down the track when you are perhaps retired, you may have the opportunity of getting another.  It must be so hard to let go of our pets under these circumstances.

O

Went two hours to check my pony, trying to agree to sell now.

A bittersweet day.

DJ - just a thought . . .would it be possible for those people to lease your pony rather than buying?  Might give you some time to see if your circumstances change?

Argh, been working in the office all weekend.  It's been going quite well, and nearly finished the year end accounts EXCEPT for reconciling the GST.  Ready to throw it out the window (except there isn't a window)  >:(

Ah, well, I'll be glad to have it done.  And it's not even too close to 31 March (filing deadline) for a change!

That doesn't sound like a fun weekend Jo :( Maybe you should use your frustration to knock a window in the wall, and then throw everything out of it ;D

Mich, good luck to DH at his hand gliding. You wouldn't catch me doing anything like that :o

Took dogs to beach at 6:30am, lovely morning there, my greyhound has stretched his legs for the day with a few good laps of the beach, he is quite afraid of the water but we did manage to get him in up to his middle which he hasn't done for ages so that was a bonus. Saw two giant rays in the shallows and a snake on the path on the way back to the car!!!! sitting down to my toast and forum catch up now!!

What beach do you go to GHM?
I used to walk the beach path at Hillary's dog beach and often sw snakes early morning or around sunset.
I used to walk with my eyes on the ground as a I was worried about standing on a snake .
