Finished painting the laundry. Feels good! There's something about a freshly painted room I really like...could have something to do with a lack of clutter! ;D

Did some Pilates this morning then started first few drafts of a speech I am writing. BTW tomorrow, not sure how that ill be as the air conditioning doesn't work hardly at all, we have plenty of fans but they just blow about hot air.

This lovely boy Claude lives next door, but he comes over every evening & makes himself at home, helping dh in the kitchen.

Sorting out various kids today and then had some friends up for a bbq tonight.
Terrible strain for grumpy husband who has had to endure socialising for the third time in the last week!  :o :o

Mine just does not like socialising. Yet if someone suggests going out he always says 'oh no, just come to our place!'

It must be hard for him being married to a social butterfly.  Mine used to call out to friends who knocked on the door, 'go away!' but they all knew he was joking - well we all thought he was joking  :D   His personality has changed now and he doesn't do that anymore.
