MF I pleased that Jackson is ok. It can be a real worry. Even though it was many years ago DD was prem and had a few problems, it does cause worry.  Enjoy Christmas Day.

Great to hear that all is well with Jackson.
Today was a little food shopping, lots of cleaning and a little baking. I've made three chocolate hazelnut cakes for tomorrow and a loaf of bread. We had a lovely seafood dinner with my parents, went to mass, sang lots of carols, came home and ate some delicious Turkish Delight icecream. Just as my parents were leaving, we could hear bells in the street. We went out and there was Santa and an elf in the back of a ute, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and tossing candy canes to the kids. The kids are in bed, and I am enjoying a glass of wine, listening to lovely music from the Last Night of the Proms on TV and catching up on a couple of days worth of the forum. I think Santa will be visiting soon and I'll head off to bed .

Thanks MF. I'm looking forward to a big Christmas lunch tomorrow- there will be 36 people. So glad the the change has come in as it was really hot here yesterday - I think it got to 42C, but we had a little rain overnight and it should be about 26C to tomorrow.

So glad the baby is ok, my nephew had septicaemia when he was born , he was fine.
