Great effort Den.

Love the photos.

Just relaxing now after sorting out baon, eggs, crepes and a fruit platter for the 17, 17 year olds who ended up sleeping over after DD's Halloween party. Only one girl very embarrassed after drinking too much last night.

There was also a bit of craning up to do, just washing the deck and picking up a little rubbish but overall they were very well behaved and a few f them cleaned up met of the mess before going to bed.

Sounds like it all went well Wonder.
Takes me back to when we had teen parties when my kids were at that stage.
There was always  one who had too much to drink  :o
Really good that they cleaned up some of the mess before the went to bed.
Hope they  appreciated their breakfast. You did well  ;D

Well done wonder sounds like a great night. Glad to hear not all teenage parties get out of control. You have some sensible teenagers there. :)

Had some of the children over for lunch.
Have just finished vac packing the bulk meat order that DS bought up from his work.
I got 2kgs of lamb cutlets in this lot that DS french trimmed, such a treat. Will be saving them for a special occasion.  :D

We went to a friend's BBQ today - turned out hotter than they forecast but we kept DH cool and left before he started to suffer from it.  Nice food, love BBQ's but they could have had an extra 4 people to eat all that food  :o

Michele I love Frenched lamb cutlets - they are so expensive though so are a rarity around here.

Sounds like a nice day Judy.

We wouldn't have lamb cutlets only that DS is able to purchase meat at a very reasonable price from work.

$70 = 2 kg blade steak, 2kg t.bone, 2kg short cut bacon, a huge leg of lamb, roast beef and the lamb cutlets and his boss is Egyptian and makes the best falafel 2kg of the mix.

Great value Michelle. You will make some great meals out of that lot  :D
We just came in from Carvery, chocolate and champagne buffet at GD's restaurant.
Jenny Craig here I come as the desserts were delish!!!
It was all good but I ate way too much and now feel like I am going to burst.
Don't normally like buffets but the unlimited bubbly as well as GD was the drawcard :D
Love having a cooking free day on a Sunday    ;D
No dinner here tonight for me. If DH is hungry later the fridge is full  ;)

No way Kimmy! :o ;D It was a sort of brown on the packet... but its come through a bit more red than we were expecting. Silly SD came home and told mum it looked orange. She's upset now :( But I think it looks really nice so I keep telling her that.

They only do this sunday lunchtime from 12-2pm.
Then they set up high tea and then a la carte from 6pm.
Still pretty wild weather up here how is Albany?
Hope your mum likes her hair  :)

Sounds great MF. Same here, no dinner tonight after a big lunch. I caved in and made trifle for dessert.
