DS5 had his first prep transition (practice) day today. He waltzed straight on in and didn't even wave goodbye. Great, but I feel a bit sad that he didn't make a fuss about me :( guess he is ready for school next year.

It must have been a relief for the teachers though! I remember when I did work placements in a daycare and then in a school, the hardest thing was trying to calm down kids after their mum or dad left...

But I can see where you're coming from Kimmy ;D

Nice car Froz ;)

Is that the i30 Kim?  A friend of mine has one and loves it.

I have spent the afternoon cooking and packing for the weekend. Off to Mandurah in the morning to get the car serviced then on to Donnelly River Holiday Village to meet the rest of our team for the Blackwood Marathon.

Yes its the i30.. Heard lots of good things about it.even online the comments are all good... I got the elite model.. So many options are standard and they threw tinting in.. Also got a great price.. So happy all round!.. One week and its mine..yay!

Been for a lovely walk with DH. For the rest of my day you really need to read my other post.......

Here are pics to show a bit of England.

The cygnets

Bridge over lake

We particularly liked the named gates

A different lake

They have an old inn, done up as if in the 1800s

It's a covered bridge.
Does that help?
