Sorry GF, but the only bloke who has ever cooked in this house was my uncle when we had a barbecue 8 years ago, and he burnt the sausages :-)) That is the extent of my experience with men cooking!

Dh just told me it needs 3 hours to marinate & slow cooked for 4 hours :o

I said rubbish, marinade for an hour & we will,cook it fo 1 1/2 -2 hours.

We will be eating at midnight if he folows the recipe.

Well, I was going to cook this http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=355.0, but our neighbours called in, and after a couple of bottles of red, DH has ordered Indian takeaway, as all I managed to do was to measure the peanuts and sweet chilli sauce into the bowl. Never mind,I will enjoy my fish curry and we will have the chicken tomorrow night. ;)
