Well I have some chicken defrosting because I had narrowed it down to that, so your suggestions sound good Kimmy :D Might do the nuggets, I loved those. Thanks you :D

Beef pot roast in the pressure cooker today, with roast potatoe, pumpkin and sweet potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce, steamed peas, corn and broccoli.

Chelsea's Chow Mein.

DD2 is visiting from Sydney and her and boyfriend are coming over for tea. She makes it very hard because she wanted the chicken dish with lettuce, julienned vegetables and then sliced chicken...thought maybe it was QuirkyJo's recipe, but no, and I don't have any idea which one she's talking about. Could be Tenina's Vietnamese one in Spin a Dinner perhaps? and its not Sang boy chow or whatever its called. I wanted to cook something in the woodfire oven like a slow cooked lamb, but no she wants something "really healthy". Didn't want lamb curry and rice but only if I made it with quinoa instead, didn't want this or that and was wondering why I was fussing. She eats very plainly at home so I just wanted her to have something really tasty. I said "well you don't have to come over for tea if you don't want to?" so its the chow mein - nice and easy.

We're having Leek, feta and prosciutto frittata.

Tonight Miss6 got to choose dinner because she got such an outstanding school report, so we are having....
"corned silverside, mashed potato, carrot, corn and beans - and nothing else."  :D
