Just made this and had a sneaky taste.....YUM YUM YUM!!

I put it all in, except the MC.  My MC went cloudy and opaque from the dishwasher.  The new one from my second bowl has always been handwashed, and it's still clear and new looking.

I made this tonight (with apples and cherries).  I reduced the sugar a bit, and would reduce it futher next time.  Loved it though :)

Just had these for dinner, OMG, they were heavenly!  I tried to leave a comment on your blog, Megan, but it didn't work.

I didn't have any peas, so used a potato instead.  Will definitely make again :)

Sounds nice.  Is this from the gluten free cookbook?  If so, can someone post the recipe, please?  My 4 year old LOVES sausages more than anything  :-))  Oh, and is it a child friendly flavour?

I made this for lunch today.  Halved the butter and omitted the lemon and parsely.

5/5 healthy, delicious and so quick and easy.

CP- get yourself a few 10-20ml syringes when you are at the chemist next.  They are perfect for squirting jam in these lamingtons, and also for filling profiteroles :)

I made these again today, but reduced the sugar to 200g, and they were still lovely :)

If I am making giant portions of things, I use TMX to do the prep, and cook on the stove top.  Way quicker than without TMX.  For curries, chilli con carne and other dishes you serve with rice/pasta, there is heaps for 5 adults.
