Exciting Astarra, maybe not two spare seats for a while, the pram will take up the space.

As far as I know just plain white!  :)

Just when we stopped buying white cars astarra, DD tells me white is the 'in' colour  :-))  That comment was made by her to me when I showed my surprise that she turned up in a new white car, something I never thought I'd see.

When I bought my new car when I was pregnant with DS, my dad would only let me buy a black, white or silver one. He's a mechanic, and the car 'guru', so you kind of do what he says - that and the fact that he was going to be servicing it... lol. He's been in the industry a long time, and always says those colour's never date and they sell easier. He was right. When I sold my car when I moved into my apartment in the city, it only took a week to sell. DS's dad has a specialised colour that came out with a certain model of car, which was really cool at the time, but it's 10 years old now and not so cool anymore. He's tried to sell it a couple of times, and there's been very little interest in it. It's also a V8, so probably not a GREAT comparison... lol

White, Silver and Black are the premium colours. It's the colours you will always see Euros advertised with and always sell easier at better prices than their coloured counterparts. I love my silver car, can never tell it's dirty unless you are really looking for it.

Following my overnighter from Perth where I didn't sleep at all - I bought myself this

And my faucet was leaking and I was quoted a fortune to fix it because apparently it was junk so I got a new one - fancy Schmancy I love it

And my iPhone5 doesn't bloody work with anything anymore so I got myself a Bluetooth adapter - I think I need a few more of them now I've used it on one thing.

I hope you are right about black being easier to sell, jakodai...we are putting our black commodore up for sale this weekend!!  ;)
And yep, even two spare seats with the pram - these Carnivals have HUGE boot space!  :D (which is why we decided to go for one!)

Nice plant Kimmy!  ;) ;D

I went looking at new cars last month and I said to the sales am "gee you've really color co-ordinated your show room" as all the cars were white, silver and black. He said not really, as they bought all the demos to be on sold they were the best selling colours. In the last 10 years after having a white car, then a graphite colour I wanted to go for a colour but they had nothing to show me except the print colours in a brochure (which are no indication of the real colour). The potential to spend $000's on a car and it was up to my imagination as to what it would like when it came time to pick it up...I sorta lost interest and am going to stick with my current car until I see one that grabs me.

I am looking at buying 2 new cars next week. :)
Got the quotes yesterday.

we seem to buy silver or graphite utes.
we have one white ute.
so we have 3 white and 4 silver / graphite cars.

I so love buying cars. Love getting the salesman down on price.
