i really think that HO needs to come up with stuff for people that already have a thermo, without having to have another demo, just to buy things.

Without having to find a consultant.  Good ones are busy. I am busy.

travel bag base is still too big, now established it must be the bag...no pretty blue ones left, they offered to replace it with a...

how coincidental is this.....I hadn't read your post, but today I was in the butchers, and I walked into my original consultant, had been quite some time since I had seen her......she mentioned about this pink travel bag deal, and immediately thought of me!.....I had been toying with getting a bag anyway, so I'm thinking this is sign 
she did mention that a demo was required, and pay $40? (think it was)....to get the pink bag.
tis a bummer you need a demo, but I do have a couple of newish friends who I think would be very interested to see it....so no biggie....PLUS....can I then purchase another thermoserve???    I despise the strings attached to get another one!

I am with you Robyn. I want a second bowl and also another thermoserver. I feel like I am wasting my consultants time by having a demo and my friends will come but just aren't interested in buying one.
