Where did you find the shortbread pans, Maddy?    . . or did you order them online?

eBay....http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_from=R40&LH_PrefLoc=2&rt=nc&_nkw=Brown+bag+Shortbread
Postage can be a bit ugly, but this Christmas one was not too bad, and I hadn't seen it before.

Nice surprise Michele  8)

Lovely bag Mcmich.  I have some too, really good quality.  :D

Maddy, we think alike sometimes!  I have that Xmas shortbread mould, bought it about 3 or 4 years ago.  Also have a lovely one called Teapots that I especially like.

I've also got that eclair book (as an ebook for about $4.50) but haven't made anything out of it yet.  Has really good tips and good explanations of why you need to do certain things.  :D

I've bought a few Nordicware Bundt pans from Amazon which are on their way.  ;D

That looks good JulieO. I cook more cookies than anything else.

Cookie1 loves cooking cookies except when it is 42 degrees.

Not as good as yours goldfish.

Last year my DD2 gave me a couple of those bamboo serving dishes plus a tray maddy - they are so nice.

I looked at one of those bamboo platters but was after the large bowl/tray in lime green to put outside - they were the only things in the shop not on sale so I left it.

The cookie stamps look lovely
