Not initialy as I want to see how long tey take, but of course for any chopping. Also still using left hand a fair bit.
Told dh what we were having for dinner saturday night, he said start at 5.45, eat at 6, I laughed.

I made one of the 15 min meals - it took me 15 min to get all the ingredients out before I even started
It was still a quick meal though

That Jamie book is in my wardrobe for DD's Christmas. I like the 30 minute meals one, so I'm sure this will be good.

I don't think I could have a meal prepared from scratch in 15 minutes
Unless it was Humpty Dumpty and toast soldiers

i just love watching the 30 minute meals show on TV...When I first bough the book, i found the layout a little confusing and it took me a little while to work out what I needed to do. For me, I think watching the show really helps make sense of what to do for each meal.
Halex, thanks for making time to look at the book...I'm going to check it out! Christmas is coming...
