  I have quite a collection now.....after many years of searching around.
A lot of it is packed in storage, waiting for a big enough space one day, to display it all.....but I have a few specialty pieces dotted around that I picked up as limited editions when the "cornish blue collectors club" was operating, and some good ebay finds 
I love that it's timeless, and it's sturdy enough to be used if wished.


Well, I figured if hot cross buns are being made, it's not too early to get some things for my mantle for Easter.......the poor mantle piece suffers from themes. 



I love these glitter houses, especially when you see the glow of fairy lights inside....... I still have the Christmas ones on my mantle.....I don't want to pack them up   





....just to put it out there, I absolutely LOVE www.etsy.com  for anything vintage, handmade and unique......I can get lost in there for hours..... LOL.

You people are so bad for me. I've just spent ages looking at etsy and I've come to the conclusion that I am older than vintage. I can remember using/owning so much on the vintage section. I will have to keep an eye on this as I need to dress myself in some 1920's clothing  one of these days. I hate dresses and am hoping I can wear trousers. I've been watching the clothes Phryne Fisher wears in her show on Fridays.

Not at all Judy.  Even just rearranging a couple pieces of furniture gives your house a fresher feel.
I think my Mother's stagnant decorating has inspired me to do the opposite actually.....she just shakes her head like my Husband does  ......I just ignore it though

Oh well, I do that maddy.  Always have been a furniture swapper, my last effort was a whole roomful but I have now decided I am not going to put my body through moving heavy pieces of furniture on my own anymore

This is a wonderful book if you like making cake pops.....lots of pretty designs, tips, and display ideas.


Haven't tried these ones yet...so we'll see what they taste like.

I need a new washing trolley. A wheel broke off the other day. And for me at the moment means I can't get clothes to the line to peg out. (luckily a friend lent me hers for a few days) I'm going to send DH to bunnings tonight to get me a new one.

last night we went mad - bought this wooden dining table for home that I've had my eye on for a couple of years, then 8 chairs to go with it (which ended up costing more than the table), and then we bought 2 big King size beds that can split into 2 King singles for our holiday rental. Now I'd better knuckle down and do some work to pay for it all

Great shopping CP.
I had a small splurge yesterday and bought a pair of coloured jeans (olive green) and 4 T shirts. The jeans are meant to be 3/4 but as I am rather short they are great for me and don't need taking up.
