Tomato Lamb Casserole tonight. Was pretty good but I think I need to tweak it a little before posting the recipe.

Beef was planned tonight, but my girl had to watch a documentary on "Live Export" in English today..... . .....she pleaded for chicken instead, as she just couldn't stomach beef.

Maddy, the whole family loved the Risotto. Thanks heaps for posting the recipe.

To everyone else: You've got to give this one a go. I made the satay sauce and added a little chilli as the chillies I used in the sauce were not very hot (we don't like much heat at all but it just seemed to be lacking a little punch). It was beautiful, quick and so easy to make. It's staying on my "I'm too tired and can't be bothered cooking much" list as I now have some frozen satay sauce in the freezer.

We have had my niece and nephew stay for a couple of nights. They have loved my instant ice-cream dessert,berries and frozen yoghurt with a splash of cream ready in less than a minute.

So pleased you enjoyed it twitterpated.....the "easy" of course was the Ayam sauce, but will love to make the sauce from scratch next time.

Hubby requested chow mein.....to the delighted groans of the kids    DD believes he needs to transport himself back to the  70's  pronto!

That looks wonderful maddy!  Did you use chookies recipe?

Kind of.  I made a huge quantity to have some for freezer, so I cooked it in a large wok instead.
I added noodles, ketjap manis, capsicum, and used more chicken stock & curry.

We're having the chicken with tumeric rice. Trying lots of new things to see if we like them and can do them in the van.

I made a big pot of soup in my pressure cooker today, called Moroccan spiced lamb & chickpea soup (using lamb shanks), also some of Chookie's no fuss rolls to have with. I did use the TM to chop the veg and of course make the rolls.

You do Chookie's recipe proud Julie.  What do you brush on the tops, just water or an egg glaze?

Thankyou Judy.  I just spray with water before the second rise, they were lovely today with home made butter.

JulieO those rolls look fantastic, and the soup looks Divine. Sometimes I wish I didn't see all these wonderful photos as it makes me feel hungry. But on the other hand the photos are the selling point most of the time to try these recipes our selves.
I can almost taste the soup just by looking at it
