Slow cooked lamb curry http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/20346/slow+cooked+lamb+curry (with added sweet potato and left out the extra chilli), and chookies naan bread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4932.0

Both yum  :-*

So glad to hear that KJH.  My GD loves tuna too and will just eat it out of a can.

mmm Maddy, inspiring as always!!

Tonight we had beef kofta, mash potato and steamed veg (including garlic mushrooms).
(so meat mixture made in the tmx and baked in the oven, rest in tmx whilst they were cooking)
And for those that don't like mashed potatoes (sacrilege) they had left over tortillas from last night.

We had Chookies KFC with EDC coleslaw and salad. We can't get enough of the KFC. Think I'll have to make some more of the spice mix. Might have to make double this time.

Spinach impossible pie and beetrot and feta salad. I'll post the recipe if it's nice.
Banana icecream and jelly for sweets.

Tonight from the freezer we had spicy chicken & vegie patties (had some mixture leftover from Jo's sausage rolls), Golabki  (stuffed cabbage) & mushroom sauce plus a fresh batch of mashed potato.
