Great variation and another way to use up the leftovers.

Was given an almost whole cooked chicken today so made this recipe again in individual ramekins for 8 servings.  Couldn't be bothered thawing out some bacon so added more chicken to compensate plus I added a whole can of tomato soup I wanted to get rid of from the pantry and reduced the milk to 530 g.

Cookie made this according to recipe. Lovely, real comfort food. Does make a lot though. Will have to freeze some.

This sounds delicious and will be great for the kids lunch today as I have half a barbecued chicken in the fridge to use up.
Thanks cookie  :)

Excellent recipe, Cookie 😄

Got to play with both the pasta maker and TMX today. Gadget time 😆😍 But there was hell to pay when washing up. Might not use the penne disc again. So time consuming to clean up 😅

Looks lovely Bee.  Just pull away excess dough from the die and the inner plastic bit and then put both pieces aside to let the dough dry that's stuck in there.  You'll find that it will just pop out if you use the little gadget (long thin thing on the end of the slicer paddle thing) to push/dig it out.  I like doing that part.  :-))  The other dies have the plastic covers that pushes out the dry bits.  :D

The pasta seems to dry and almost fall out. I seem to use the penne die the most.

Thanks Astarra 😄

I was going to retire my penne die. Seemed too hard. Was thinking of using the spaghetti die and cut the pasta very short for pasta bakes etc.
