Cookie the pumpkin and apricot cake sounds lovely.

Today I made Skinnymixers Beef Massaman curry in both my Thermomixes at the same time. One lot for us and one lot for a friend who had a hysterectomy a week and a half ago. I'll cook some rice tomorrow and then we'll drop it into her. Give her husband a day off cooking.

I also made her some fudgy wudgy cookies.

I guess they both turned out identical Katie.

I've only made a batch of crumpets tonight.

They both taste exactly the same, some of the beef in the TM31 is slightly broken up, whilst the Tm5 batch is not (they were both on reverse). Not majorly though.

I realized while filling lunchboxes last night that I needed to do some more cooking (AGAIN!! :o )

So this morning, - while doing housework and looking after a small girl who has been up most of the night with croup, - I did some cooking.... ;D

Choc Zucchini muffins http://www.trtlmt.com.au/chocolate-zucchini-muffins/
Apple crumble muffins http://www.trtlmt.com.au/apple-crumble-muffins/
Brownie (off here)
Apple tea cake (Devil cookbook - also on here)
And choc easter egg surprise muffins - recipe in this month's SFI mag, tho I didnt have any vanillin sugar so sprinkled them with drinking choc.  :D
I also Hard boiled some eggs, and have made 2 batches of my go-to bread.....

Hopefully with this lot, along with apples from the tree,& cherry toms from the garden, I might have an easy job filling the lunchboxes for the next few days  ;D (If not, then I get to cook again! ;D ;D ;D)
:D
