I try and do at least 10,000 steps a day as a minimum.
It helps with my arthritis and keeps me happy.
I wear a Polaris loop which I wear 24/7.
It records steps sleep and keeps a diary when down loaded.
I would like to loose 3 kgs.
Thank goodness for the Thermomix and healthy food

Not really cooking but I took some of the bread and butter pickles I made weeks ago with a cheese platter to Melbourne Cup drinks etc. yesterday. Yum! Now I just have to remember which recipe I used :-))

It all looks lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Looks delicious Gayle  :D

I am cooking from the Indian cookbook today. Amritsari Dahl, Bombay potatoes with the addition of some cauliflower which should taste like Aloo Gobi and I have marinated some chicken in tandoori paste. Taking it all in containers to Mandurah and will give us a couple of meals without too much cooking.  ;D

What?, to go with the drumsticks, meatballs and potato dish Uni.  I'd go with the pasta, there's enough meat there for them surely!!  Sometimes I think it would be great having to cook for people with huge appetites but I don't think for very long before realising I'd soon get  sick of it LOL.
