Thanks for that Judy, but the lazy in me was hoping for a TM one. That stuff is to die for!

So far only Bread and Butter Pickles (not a big fan of cucumbers, but love b&b pickles). Now have to wait 3 weeks to see how they turned out

This is it Amanda. The meringue had far too much sugar in for my liking though. http://journalofafrenchfoodie.com/2012/09/16/tarte-meringuee-au-citron-lemon-meringue-tart/

I made a lemon meringue pie. Used diary of a French foodies pastry which was Yum, Tenina's curd and meringue

Ooh, yum! I don't suppose there is a recipe on the forum anywhere for Italian meringue?

I thought there were Italian chocolate meringues in a TM calendar about 2-3 years ago?

Yes you are right CP, 2010 Chocolate Marble Italian Meringues.  I have that calendar if anyone wants the recipe.

I've made those. From memory they were very nice.

AF temps, place in dish, let double, start from cold, 160. 7 mins, 180.  4 mins, turn rolls over 180.  4 mins.  Perfect.  Full recipe posted under AF.  Sorry can't link.  Brushed pan with Cake Release,  wonderful stuff.
