Yes jam, thank heavens for the tmx. It's amazing how the thought of a bunch of little ones running around, sends us into a frenzy.

7 days away from home on Hols and am I missing cooking !!
I shouldn't look at this thread as it makes it worse.  The pretty average food available while travelling ,  also doesn't help.
Keep posting those beautiful photos.

Achookwoman, that's how I was in Hawaii! The only saving grace was the gorgeous restaurants (but I still wanted to just cook something!).

Tested my new TM5 - made 2 x 10sec coconut bread, banana bread and (burnt) Shrinking Hubby's salted caramel cookies. Will redo them after grocery shopping.

 >:( ??? :-))
Don't know what has happened this week, but everything I have cooked has been a flop.....
Earlier was brownie squares that failed  :(
And banana muffins that failed  :(

Today was:
raspberry & white choc chip muffins - fail
triple choc muffins - fail
zucchini muffin squares - fail
:D

So decided to do a batch of bread - to make me feel better, it has risen well so is so far ok....
and now my whatever must have worked, as my zucchini muffins are going perfect - thus far!!  8)
