So far today I've managed a long slow bike ride, 70km in 2.5hrs. Then I changed and washed the sheets and towels, mowed the front lawn, edged and whipper shipped front and back lawns. Next I have to get chicken food and then weed the front gardens. When it gets too warm outside I will do the floors and keep pushing washing through.

Just a normal Saturday.

Trying to psych DH up that he will be perfectly OK left in the care of a friend late this afternoon when I go off with my DD and her family to see GD in a concert.  Just hoping she is able to put him to bed for me. I've fed him so that she doesn't have to worry about that, a glass of hospital grade sustagen and a banana will be fine for him for tea and I've left her a plate of chicken and vegies to heat up for herself.  I can see now why it is easier to stay home  :-))

You deserve every break you get JD, go and enjoy the concert.  :D
I know what you mean about easier to just stay home tho, I leave tears everytime I leave miss22mths.  :'(

Have a nice time tonight Judy, yes it is sometimes easier to stay home but an evening out to see your GD in concert will be wonderful

Today I have changed all the beds, watched the boys and DH in the pool and then we had lunch outside, now just relaxing whilst the boys are having some quiet time and dd a sleep and dh at cricket, it is rather warm here today, oh and 14 more sleeps until Christmas lights and tree can go up;D;D;D

Have a lovely time JD. We all need time out every now and then. Most of us forget to take it.
