I don't pretend to have wisdom at times like this, but I don't think there are many words that anyone could say to help her just now.  No one can answer the question "Why?", just be yourself and say what is in your heart.  Your sister is probably still so distraught - just let her talk and cry - knowing that she doesn't have to put a brave face on when you are there will help her.

Feeling that you don't know the right words will also put a big strain on you too.  I wish I could offer you more help and support, but you may be sure the rest of your thermomix family will be coming on here over the next couple of hours and they will all be with you in spirit.  Be strong.

Uni I am sending love over to you. Such a very difficult time for your sister and herself.  My deepest sympathy to all of you.
Please don't stress over finding the right words. There are no right words. Just being there will be wonderful for your sister. A quick hug , a touch and smile will be an enormous help. She may like your help in daily tasks or just doing them herself will be a comfort  to her.
If words are needed they will come naturally, don't worry. Just be there.
I'm so sad for you my friend, take care.

Hi Uni, life can become very difficult at times in so many ways.  Marina's advice is excellent, just being there for your sister will be enough.  Words are not necessary but support is.  Best wishes to you all.
